Coming into Global Philanthropic with over 30 years’ experience in senior executive and not-for-profit governance, Lincoln has worked closely with boards and staff alike to address challenging philanthropic environments and to secure financial sustainability.

Driving performance in today’s fast-paced world, he has managed change by critically assessing business capacity and capability and providing strategic leadership, support and coaching to management teams, while ensuring alignment between new commercial opportunities and core strategy.

In his most recent appointment, leading Cancer Council South Australia as Chief Executive, Lincoln brought to life a transformational building redevelopment, integrating cancer-focused support accommodation into the fabric of the organisation.

Through developing mutually beneficial relationships with multiple stakeholders, Lincoln was successful in securing multi-million-dollar government funding for a third of the development’s capital cost. He also oversaw local and national fundraising campaigns to support the organisation’s mission, including a significant capital campaign to supplement the funding for the property development.

As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Lincoln possesses a solid working knowledge of corporate governance, and understands the roles both CEO and board play in achieving mission and delivering social impact.

Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Business and MBA and is also a Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute. He serves on boards and committees with third sector organisations including Victim Support Services (South Australia) and Rembrandt Living Aged Care.

With a commercial head and social heart, Lincoln brings a wealth of experience in business transformation, sustainable revenue growth, stakeholder engagement, risk management, governance, and fundraising to Global Philanthropic’s clients.

Lincoln is based in Adelaide, South Australia.
